Everyone attending the BBQ competition on Saturday will have a chance to “put your money where your mouth is“ and judge delicious BBQ from the professional teams.

Here’s how it works: All teams submit a boston butt on Saturday morning.  Beginning at 11am, you can sample BBQ from five teams ($3) and determine which butt has the best  appearance, texture, and taste.  You will cast your votes for who you think is best and the team with the most votes will be announced as the People’s Choice Winner during the awards presentations Saturday night.
